Internet Service Fees
We offer a wide variety of payment options with our Internet service:

Hosting Services
Picture Hosting
100 MB of uploading and downloading pictures and 3 GB per month for transferring.

Payment Policy
Payments are due on the first day of the period. Each payment covers the period that begins on the due date.
Late Payments
If a payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, a late fee will be assessed (see below).
If the payment is not received within 60 days of the due date, service will be interrupted. Late fees continue to accumulate even while service is interrupted. To have your service reconnected, choose one of these two payment options:
- Pay the amount past due, including late fees, in full. The reconnect fee will be waived.
- Pay half of the amount past due, including late fees, plus a $25 reconnect fee. The remaining half must be paid within 30 days, or service will be interrupted again.
Additional Fees
Late Fees
Late fees are assessed for every 30 days your payment is late. The fee starts at $2.00, and the amount of each fee increases to $4.00 after 60 days and to $6.00 after 90. After that, the fee is replaced with a $2.00 monthly accounting fee.
Reconnect Fees
A $25.00 fee will be assessed when your service is reconnected after being suspended by request or interrupted due to late payment. In most cases, we will waive the fee (at our sole discretion) for customers who suspend their service.
Site Survey
Free. There is no charge for a site survey.
Service Calls
If the call is made within 30 days of installation, service calls are free. After 30 days, if a problem occurs and it is not due to any of our equipment, then a small fee will be applied.
